Most likely it happens on a weekly basis: you close your eyes and wish MAS 90 would just fill in the blank . Until this month, to submit a feature request required a user name and password to the support pages.

Now, by visiting Sage’s Ideascope page, any user can submit a feature request. Ideascope offers some extra features of its own including the ability to review suggestions made by other users and the ability to track the submissions you have made.

Sage uses your annual software subscription and maintenance plan to fund their research and development and I learned at Sage Insights, the partner conference, that most of the features included with new releases are a result of suggestions users make. With Ideascope, it becomes much easier for users to participate in development. This should only make things better.
