Beginning with the first quarterly return due by April 30, 2010, the new Form 941 (released by Sage in March) should be used. The list below includes links to the updated forms for all versions of MAS 90 and 200 and Extended Enterprise Suite.

The 2010 Form 941 is available by installing the appropriate program fix listed below:

• PR4044-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.30; Extended Enterprise Suite 1.0-1.3)
• PR4043-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.20)
• PR4042-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.10)
• PR4041-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.05)
• PR4040-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.00)
• PR3068-T (Sage MAS 90 and 200 3.71)
• PR3067-T (Sage MAS 200 – SQL Server Edition 3.74)
• PR3066-T (Sage MAS 200 – SQL Server Edition 3.73)
