Data Files Structures Class Added to the Schedule

We are bring a new course to our classroom training catalog, Data Files Structures. The reason this new course is so important is because it enables users to expand on some of the existing skills that they already have. An understanding of the files of MAS 90 and MAS 200 helps users analyze and resolve error messages, develop import and export routines and (probably most importantly) create enhanced Crystal Report.
Thursday, October 29 is the only course we have added to the 2009 calendar. You can register here or send me an email if you have any questions or cannot attend the October 29 class.

Service Update 4.30.0.14 Re-released

One short week after touting Sage’s new schedule for releasing service updates, Sage has released a new service update. Confusingly enough (and perhaps to maintain their schedule), the latest release is titled Service Update 14 for Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.30 (4.30.0.14) released 9/29/09 (updated 10/02/09).
The reason for the updated service update is to resolve a Paperless Office issue the September 29 release was causing in some installation. We recommend implementing service updates prior to upgrading, following an upgrade or to resolve an issue the service update is designed to resolve. If you did install the September 29 release, you probably noticed that your business framework documents were printing as blanks in Paperless Office. It’s time to install the new update.

Growing the Classroom Catalog

After adding the Data Files Structures course, we are continuing to expand  the catalog of classes we offer. Of course we want to schedule learning opportunities that are valuable to our customer and user, so we need your help to determine what class should be added next.
I’ve tried to make this survey as simple as possible and once you launch the survey I think you will agree it couldn’t be much easier.
Thanks for your input.
