		<description>Set up all companies and all users to only view active accounts and vendors for a particular division. In one company, many of the accounts are inactive so I changed the status to inactive and hid them from the drop down list. This will prevent future posting errors and simplify accounts payable entry.

Also, set the vendor drop down list to only show vendors from the active divisions.

And finally, adjusted the company lookup list for all users to not include prior year payroll companies.</description>
